WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? +

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? +
We offer free flat rate shipping and returns via UPS to anyone in the United States. Estimated arrival is 5 business days from the date of purchase. Track your order at www.eyefuncusa.com or contact info@eyefuncusa.com for assistance.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE? +
We do not accept any insurance at this time, but check with your health care provider regarding HAS AND FLEX account qualification. In many cases, our prices are so good that purchasing from us is less than your deductible plus add-ons mandated by insurance carriers.
CAN I PUT PRESCRIPTION LENSES IN ANY FRAMES I BUY? +
All of the optical (non-sunglass) frames that we sell can be fitted with prescription lenses. However, there may be some limitations where strong prescriptions or progressive lenses may not be recommended. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY? +
If within one year of purchase your frames become defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will:
1. Replace the frame for free if available
2. Repair the frame to your satisfaction or
3. Offer you store credit valued at your original item's purchase price towards another frame and make new lenses if necessary.
